If you want to surprise your loved ones with an incredible gift, take note of the list of materials you will need to make this craft, along with the step-by-step instructions to make it look perfect. Don’t wait any longer: start gathering up the empty toilet paper rolls and get to work.
Materials
- Toilet rolls
- Patterned paper napkins (design of your choice)
- Acrylic paint
Step by step
1. Paint the cardboard roll the color you like the most.
2. Make two cuts as shown in the image and make sure they are joined in the center.
3. In this case a polka-dotted napkin was chosen, so the same design was replicated on the cardboard tube. Leave the paint to dry thoroughly.
4. Spread out the napkin and place the chocolates and sweets you want to give as gifts in the center.
5. Wrap the napkin in the shape of a roll and leave the ends loose.
6. Pass the napkin through the inside of the tube and hook its ends into the slots you cut: these simulate the bunny’s ears.
7. Add the final details to the wrapping: draw the eyes, nose and mouth.
So, in a few minutes and with a little imagination, you can fill your house with rabbit-shaped wrappers by reusing simple rolls of toilet paper, some napkins and some paint.
