- A spec home is a brand new home. You have the advantage of moving in usually within 60 days or less, and not having to deal with the fixing up or renovations that you may find in a used home.
- Depending on the stage of the spec home you purchase you may still have time to pick a few of the interior finishes, you will need to check with your Avalon representative to confirm which of these custom choices are available for each home.
